This interactive workshop is targeting middle and top leaders of creative industry who seek the right move and strategy to enhance their organizations through the right integration of technology. Digital Transformation, Creative Consulting and similar are becoming most used buzz words for institutions to sell their traditional concepts. To identify and nail the right strategy, Creative Leaders need to connect with what’s the Unknow to them, to lose the fear and to better realize how to put Technology in motion as an instrument. The two facilitators and content providers of this workshop plan to serve some key information and run guided group simulations to explore the topic hands on.
