Le dj donne non sono più esclusivamente portatrici di messaggi musicali di qualità: da tempo molte di loro sanno porsi quali autentiche ambasciatrici di valori e campagne in grado di avere maggior impatto in quanto provenienti dal pulpito di una console di un club o di un palco di un festival. Dj come TSHA, Silvie Loto e Valerie Fox, in console sabato 18 gennaio 2025 all'Amnesia Milano.

In poco meno di due anni la londinese TSHA è diventata un'indiscussa protagonista mondiale della musica elettronica. Merito in particolare del suo album di debutto "Capricorn One", uscito per l'etichetta discografica Ninja Tune nel quale non mancano riflessioni sugli eventi globali che stanno sconvolgendo il mondo e sulle battaglie personali che coinvolgono ognuno di noi. Di ottima fattura anche i lavori per la label Defected, in particolare la sua firma per Defected In The House, leggendaria collana di compilation da qualche mese declinata sulle migliori piattaforme di streaming.

Da diverse stagioni Silvie Loto è tra le guest più apprezzate di Amnesia Milano. Da anni è in line up nei party a Ibiza e nel resto del mondo, è assai attiva anche sul fronte discografico, con release per le etichette discografiche Nervous Records, BPitch control e Cuttin' Headz. A fine 2024 è stata protagonista di un tour negli Stati Uniti, con tappe ad Austin, Las Vegas, Los Angeles e Miami, questa estate i suoi set a Solid Grooves sono stati tra i più apprezzati in assoluto.

Melodic Techno, House e Afro-House: questi i generi musicali attraverso i quali Valerie Fox si muove con eleganza. Armonia e melodia sono le sue linee guida: i suoi set sono sempre più apprezzati dal pubblico dell'Amnesia e dei suoi eventi, come si è visto e sentito in questa stagione all'Amnesia e nei suoi eventi correlati.

Women DJs are no longer exclusively bearers of quality musical messages: for some time now, many of them have been able to present themselves as authentic ambassadors of values and campaigns capable of having a greater impact as they come from the pulpit of a club console or a festival stage. DJs like TSHA, Silvie Loto and Valerie Fox, on January 2025, Saturday 18th in Amnesia Milano dj booth.

In just under two years, London-based TSHA has become an undisputed global player in electronic music. This is particularly due to her debut album "Capricorn One", released on the Ninja Tune label, in which there is no shortage of reflections on the global events that are shaking up the world and the personal struggles that affect each of us.
